I suppose that works for second hand or refurbished computers. But for
new ones....?? Two examples ....
Pcspecialist will let you choose to order a computer without any OS. If
you do the price immediately drops by £83.
Novatech will show you the price without any OS. Add Windows 10 Home
Plus and the price goes up by £90. Add Windows 10 Pro and the extra is £150.
I find this very confusing,
