Some are offered without an OS. However most have Windows On them, but
YOU are not paying a Windows tax, as that was in original price.
Just set up Windows so authorised use is remembered for future sale as
Windows machine, then wipe disc and install Linux OR dual boot.
I keep the Windows OS if available on machine in case of future sale or
reuse by others.
