I suppose this depends on what part of Dell you deal with... We buy nothing but Dell kit where I work.. we order it all through out UK based accounts manager, or their web interface. Support from Dell is also (99 times out of 100) bloody wonderful. Gold suport on a server.. engineer there in under 4 hours anywhere in the world... with the parts for your server... Standard desk/laptop support.. engineer there next day with part to fix.. They do buy bulk, they do change hardware, they don't charge the earth (for everything). Hardware changes aren't usually a major issue, the OS just detects somthing is different. I personally use a Dell Latitude D620 laptop, it worked out of the box, including the Intel WiFi card. - -- Neil Stone Systems Administrator FlashTek UK - -----BEGIN GEEK CODE BLOCK----- Version: 3.1 GIT d+(++) s: a-(?)
