Not all US ISP's have no limits, some have had them for several years too. Anyways, I recently moved to Eclipse because Demon had implemented a FuP on the highest "sensible" priced package they did that I was using. I've moved to Eclipse and am very happy to again have properly unlimited internet with no traffic shaping.
