Not all US ISP's have no limits, some have had them for several years
too.

Anyways, I recently moved to Eclipse because Demon had implemented a FuP
on the highest "sensible" priced package they did that I was using. I've
moved to Eclipse and am very happy to again have properly unlimited
internet with no traffic shaping. I am a heavy user and found them to
be perfect so far, and it certainly has been helpful having them based
in Exeter when I did contact them with probs about the domain (my
noobiness and I couldn't figure out the control panel)

The package you will want is the Business Gold one, its pricey but the
free phone calls you get with it can help sweeten the deal a bit, also
hosting and domains etc (it all adds up)

If you are considering moving to them could you let me know and I'll
forward my referral name, it would be much appreciated if you drop it
when you sign up :]
