Posted on 2013-11-23 by Paul Sutton

Just got back from the Pi jam in Exeter. Below are some photos / notes from the event.

What the event is all about, the Raspberry Pi.

Upon arrival simon had already set up an interesting demo,

chimer2 chimer1

This project is essentially a frame and windchimes,  being sounded by some motors with wire sticking up, so that when the motor rotates, it hits the chime,  this is all controlled via a raspberry pi, the laptop I think is there to provide a remote link to the Pi.

The Lego mindstorms robot made its regular appearance.

The website for this is here : http://fullmeasure.co.uk/legoroversdevon

But on a related note these links may be of interest.
