I haven’t got an image of exactly the geometry of the part.

Commercially you use a machine with three almost pancake aspect-ratio (width to dia) 
rollers, one of which can be moved in to force the piece of metal going between the 
rollers to take a long bend.

This is the commercial solution which I believe is exactly what you want to do.
