It would appear the T&C's have changed, I used to get calls and texts from giffgaff and they'd stop me using the internet!

Can I tether using the unlimited internet goodybags? In a nutshell, no. These goodybags are solely for mobile use and tethering is not permitted. Anyone found tethering on an unlimited data goodybag will be barred from using data services.
