Hmmm, fair enough... I must admit it was quicker typing it into the browser than writing it (and probably a whole lot neater too). I thought it might have given me the option to scan and upload my ID but it didn't. Not to worry, looks like it'll be a trip down to Torbay HQ on Monday, paperwork in hand.
