As far as the website is concerned, the group is loosely organised into administrators, writers and authenticated users. If, as an authenticated user, you find you cannot do something on the site, see if one of the writers can help you before asking an administrator.
Writers

Writers can edit and delete any content on the site, not just their own. If a page contains an error or needs to be adapted to better suit other content, contact one of the writers.
Administrators

Administrators have full access to the website configuration and can add new users and modify the permissions of other users. In addition, some users can be given blog rights. New user accounts are limited and generally involve an administrator finding signs of positive engagement with the mailing list and on you giving some idea of what you want to do within the site. Contact an adminstrator if you would like to be able to create blog posts. Offline clients (like drivel) can be used for creating blogs. If you come across inappropriate content, spamming or other abuse, contact one of the writers to have relevant pages deleted (always provide links). There are more writers than admins, so this is often the quickest way to remove pages. You can also contact the admins to request the removal of individual users. There is no appeal or warning if an admin decides an account is to be deleted.
