I think a few are using Tiscali as an LLU reseller. Gradwell too, I think.There are very few exchanges outside the main towns in Devon going to have much choice other than a BT wholsale product. I doubt my exchange will ever get ADSL2+ let alone LLU (not that I'd use any of the LLU operators, but I would like ADSL2+ however since I have a well dodgy line and BT have just ripped me off to the tune of £130 to not fix a fault, it's unlikely I'd see much more than 8Mb anyway)
