.iso is the image file you want
.iso.torrent is so you can download it using bittorrent instead of
http. If you don't know what it is I wouldn't bother with it
I guess .list is a list of the files or packages on the cd, but I
don't really know
no idea what .manifest is, but i doubt it's vital.
