Why do you need this anyway? Did you get some nodes (esp. hda*) in /dev yet?
Apologies for the length of this email. Just summarising the current situation which is this:

mount -t ext2 /dev/hda8 /mnt/hda8
chroot /mnt/hda8
ls /dev/hda*      nothing
mount /proc   <no error>
mount /sys
error:     mount: fs type sysfs not supported by kernel

fdisk -l - nothing happened - no errors anyway

df
