I wasn't expecting anyone to roll out the red carpet by any means ! I was, and am 
just excited by the prospect of being able to promote ..., let's get this right now, 
FLOSS, to a group of people who are pretty much guaranteed to be receptive to it and 
who, potentialy, may be able to push for it's use in places where it is desperately 
needed regardless of who's running the show.

I have to say that everyones response so far has been nothing but full of generous 
spirit, which is what I have come to expect and value about the list.
