Unable to connect

Iceweasel can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:631.

I have rebooted several times. I have reversed the amendment I made a few
days ago to run Java and have rebooted several times since then.

        make sure _all_ directories have the right permissions and are
        accessible (usr local share cups ...)
