Is it possible for a special interest group to lobby all parties? Eg: Not

Usually that requires money and somebody on the inside of a party.

A.

The trouble with political parties of any colour is they are established dinosaurs with the mutually exclusive tasks of managing a political party and being democratic, and generally end up being bad at both. While we can make a great case for FLOSS being better/cheaper than proprietary software to any party we will never have the lobbying power of the industries. That leaves one option - the proof in the pudding. Help grow FLOSS, help document it so that it catches on in every possible area of life. Help it get to the point where political parties come to FLOSS not the other way round.
