I'd agree with that. I have an account with Heart Internet
(www.heartinternet.co.uk) and they seem fine. Costs me about £35 a year
for 5GB web space and 30GB bandwidth (although I never use anything like
that). That includes 1000 e-mail mailboxes (actual individual
mailboxes), again I don't use anything close to that and the domain cost
about £2. Been with them about 4 years now and not had any problems.

Yes I'd agree with that. I have BT Broadband and to be honest it isn't
that great. I do get near to the full speed that my line will support
(about 7 Meg) most of the time but they do seem to throttle lots of
things. The only reason I have them is because it was free (my mum
works for BT and has passed the free BT Broadband and free BT Vision on
to me, although saying that BT have billed me for the BT Broadband!).

I'd say to be honest, avoid BT Broadband with a 10 foot barge pole,
especially with their habit of forcing customers into long contracts.
