Yep I have heard of some issues on O2 in some areas.  At the rate things 
are going though I think I'll only be able to get over 8 Meg when BT put 
ADSL2+ in the exchange (around late 2010 I think).  Still to think, it 
wasn't that long ago when all we had was about 45Kbit/sec if we were lucky.
