Another good source for 2nd user computers and accessories is Computers 
for Charities, Widemouth Bay, Bude. I am sure they would be able to find 
a PSU at low cost and they would test it as well.
They collect computers from companies and organisations, test them and 
send them off by container loads to the third world. However they will 
also sell to private buyers. I bought an 800Mhz desktop for all of £15 
which is fine for running Kubuntu 7.10.
