I'd like to recommend TotalValidator instead.
It does AAA accessibility checking, broken links, spell-checking, the upload feature provides server-side checking, it takes screenshots, and there is an XPI extension (yay.)

I typically use it set to XHTML 1.1, WCAG Priority 1,2,3, and with uploads turned on -- it is great.
