I've snipped a few bits out. Do you actually have a USB-Serial adapter? 
If not, then my guess would be that this is the device you're after. 
Certainly with my Nokia 6610i I had to use /dev/ttyUSB0 for anything to 
work in KMobileTools, Gnokii or Gammu.
