[LUG]Re: Lug funds

Re constitution, 20251013 at 09.40UK time
The main thing is to explicitly designate how the society stops and
disposes of any funds.
This needs to be in the constitution. In the charity I ran we designated a local
much bigger and older charity to be the recipient of any residual funds.
The closing down part is the main thing you need to get right in a constitution.

Good wishes to all of you.
