IIRC NFS (At leave for v3) uses numeric ids not strings .. Listing from your local user, will "translate" those IDs to strings based on your LOCAL settings, but these may not match the NAS .. Aside from this .. that mount point smells fishy .. what are these other mountpoints you have in the same dir? "ln -ln" should give you numeric IDs, but you'd need to go into the NAS settings to figure wtf it thinks its doing there. Also, have you done a firmware update on the NAS in recent times? Starting to grab at straws here ..
