This has come about because of the recent posts about online meetings
for the LUG group.
I used to use Skype some time ago. That was back when it was a Linux
program. It worked quite well, and I found it useful.
Then it was bought by MS, and I stopped using it. The recent posts,
above, got me to wondering about it. So I installed it on my laptop,
found out how to switch on the webcam, which I have never used, and
increased the volume on the inbuilt microphone. So far it seems to be
working well.
It still had my log in details, which worked, to my surprise. Video test
and sound test were fine. However, it seems to be just one to one. Or am
I missing something?
I am guessing that zoom and jitsi-meet are different. Never heard of
them before. If anyone has any comments or info about this I would be
grateful.
