That's telling you that there is an error in your syntax.  The -vvv is
an option for a higher level of verbosity, so if you 
[code]
ssh -vvv neilwin@xxxxxxxxxxxx
[/code]
it'll tell you where in the process the command is failing.  And
if it doesn't, try -vvvvv!
