Hello John - good to (virtually) meet you.So well hidden has the existing use of Linux at PU been behind the 'MicroSoft please' user-facing material that your message came as a (pleasant) surprise and a revelation to me (and I have been at PU for 10 years). As Andy says, now we'd like to get similar recognition on the user-facing side. One thing must surely be to built up support resources for Linux users, a bit at a time. It's great that you exist but it's a bit onerous for you (I would imagine) and unreasonable for one person to have to de everything. Perhaps we can find ways to add.
