Many banking sites do that. I can never remember the answers. I use

Last Pass may not help.
Random questions.
The three line memorable (or supposedly known) items are chosen from
a) someone you know or may not know or their telephone number (answer
yes or no)
b) A. N. Other bank account you may or may not have. (answer yes or no)
These (a) and (9b) are random from a static credit check list.
AND the question that is a very random variable
c) A detail from a credit checking house current report (Experion is one
of the three the banks use ) and UNLESS you have full knowledge of all
credit checks made on you in past 6~15 years you may not be able to
answer this question.

This is the safe system, on one bank I cannot use as I have no knowledge
whatsoever of what details are on a credit check base as (apart from
mortgage 40 odd years ago, and a credit card set up 25 years ago there
has been no credit applications by me)

I had mush correspondence with this bank due to unsuitable safety check

Best word ever to describe bank correspondence.
