Not that it matters to us (yet), but easy enough to get around.

It does if you use an American supplier of such services or even, depending on the wording, any supplier who has an American presence.

Mind, I've never been keen on cloud data for security and business reasons such as discussed here over the past year or so. I certainly wouldn't put anything there I expected to be kept private.
