However they have already given the wrong impression to those of us who
at least understand basic website design couple that with the previously
mentioned spelling / grammar errors.

It may be worth e-mailing them and asking,  however I did e-mail them
and asked if they were on any proper social networks such as Linkedin, 
no reply received.  Poor show that really.
