Not entirely. The abysmal support, and the web dev team's inability to
make a web site that works - usage charts pull numbers from elsewhere,
but don't explain what they are, or where they're from; can't order
top-ups online reliably - are the main reasons for leaving. Finally,
I'm becoming increasingly concerned about the long periods of apparent
absence of UKFSN's staff.
