Just nuke the disk and recreate a standard (i.e., MS-DOS style) disk layout before reinstalling win7 and then linux. Fedora is expecting certain on-disk features that you have somehow knackered and it's confusing parted (understandably). This is a known issue: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=805272 It's entirely possible to use a full GPT layout whilst dual or triple booting different OS's - I'm doing it here with Debian/Win7/OS X 10.8 - but as it's more complicated and prone to user misconfiguration, I'd just stick with the simpler MS-DOS layout if I were you. Fix that first and then you should be able to proceed and sort out your graphics drivers as well.
