If you have a local paper or magazine perhaps mention meetings in
there,  it may bring new people in,  however it depends if you want
exclusive lug member meets or if you want more from out side the lug to
come along, perhaps people who have not as yet heard of the lug, which
given the area mentioned is not surprising really,  so if we push
ourselves more it really does help.  It is a good way for new or
experienced users to meet up with others as it simply provides somewhere
to meet up that is regular.

You may find people just drop in.
