I have managed to remove kwallet (what a ghastly program).
I had already set up a filter for incoming mail, which is working. It checks all mail in and places the relevant mails to the separate folder. However I have no need to filter outgoing mails. In Kmail select Settings> Configure Filters> then setup your rule for incoming mail from a particular address, then at the same time select <Advanced> to set up the rules for handling outgoing mail to a particular addresses. Hope this helps.
It now complains that it can't find kwallet. How do I stop kmail from looking for it? I just find it so frustrating that there seems to be no easy way to tell kmail that I am not interested in using kwallet. Just forget it.
