But Saltash *does* have some LLU - at least, the Saltash exchange
does: http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange/WWSALT - the best of
the bunch being Be. I think that's the only exchange in Cornwall that
Be have done.

Also, Saltash is the only place that has cable (and is trialing
Virgin's new fibre efforts).

IMO, I think there are places far more deserving of being in the pilot
rollout than Saltash is. Places with very little or no LLU and no
cable.

And IIRC, BT aren't in complete control of the rollout - seem to
recall reading somewhere that an offshoot of the council is calling
the shots. As nice as it is to take potshots at BT, sometimes it's
unjustified.

I wonder how long it will take for me to get it. I live very close to
one of the announced villages (though not on the same exchange), and
pretty close to another. Probably 2014.
