I could not find a way to comment on the page I am reading. Now that you have prompted me I have found that if I give the url of the page I can comment via the website button. It all starts with tiny print at the bottom of the page then via the website then via a general comment which never seemed worth exploring. It is not (this) user friendly but now I realise I can comment - thanks.
