It too have new customers (x3) who have moved away from Quay IT in 
Totnes within the last 2 months.

Bitz 'n' Bytes have been good to me for emergency retail purchases but 
I'm not sure about repairs either.

Is the battery holding it's charge? If not, have you searched on eBay 
for a replacement battery? I've seen other laptop peripherals break with 
a dodgy battery only to work fine when said battery was removed. That 
might be all that's needed.
