I'm not sure the how these 'call us and we'll call you back and charge you £1.50 a call (when we ever we feel like it) mobile phone services' work legally but to me its like looking through a shop window and going home and finding all the stuff in their warehouse waiting on your doorstep with a huge hole in your bank account! 'Is that the Police - I've just been mugged!' 'This call is costing you £1.50 per minute'...5 minutes of legal statements that have to be said to the caller and take up more time than the actual call will... ' and you do know that should the mugger choose they may send you extra bills that have to be paid before any legal proceedings can be commenced. The mugger may appeal any conviction several times and if finally found guilty at the highest court in the land will have not pay up anyway.
