Gordon's just about said it all.  Steer clear of Virgin, and steer clear
of the LLU brigade.  There's a *reason* they're cheap;  Crappy kit.

Normally, B T stuff is bomb-proof.  What lets them down now is the way
that customers like you or I have to get hold of them.  Since we're not
BT customers, we have to go through our ISPS, or telcos, as necessary.
By the time BT get involved it's a chain of people that have passed on
info.  It's like Chinese whispers, sometimes.   :-(

Even the engineers that work for Openreach are hacked off with the way
things are.
