[LUG] Work Experience request.
Hello there, my name is Max Siegieda. I will be in year 11 in September and need to arrange a work experience placement related to my interests. Are there any companies attached in some way to this LUG and within Newton Abbot or Exeter (as my base is in Chudleigh) that would allow myself to work for the days between and including Monday the 31st of August and Friday the 4th of September. Some details shall follow:
- Interested in computer hardware, I have built my own computer and upgraded almost every part (the motherboard being the part that has not been upgraded). Please ask if you wish to know the specifications of this computer.
- Familiar with Mac OS X, Ubuntu and Windows XP
- Student at TBGS
- I have been taught on low level electronics, resistors, capacitors etc. as well as logic ICs, ANDs, NANDs, OR, etc.
- Willing to learn programming or scripting if needed for the post
- Hosted a DCLUG meeting in 2008
