I think theres not a lot to worry about here - the EULA was (stupidly) put up 
because Ubunutu broke trademark 'suggestions' from Mozilla.

I've got a GNU produced CD rom of GNU software somewhere - it comes with a 
EULA. Try dropping GNU from your system!
