is useful for anyone wondering what a Data Centre actually is, makes
useful reading.

I think you need to know the where your customer base is, and see if
there is a real interest in this facility, how much does it cost pa,
how many customers do you need to cover this cost and still make a
profit, pay salaries, train staff and then save for a rainy day.

Is there a skills base you can draw on to help run the centre, you
don't want to find you can't get the skilled staff, are you willing to
take on non skilled staff and actually train them, rather than what most
companies do which is to whinge about lack of skills. What skills are
needed. ?

I do however wish you luck in this venture

Paul
