Like most of the answers to this on the list so far, I use kubuntu
because it just works. In the past I have used Suse and, for a long
time, Mandrake/Mandriva. But, like others, I just got fed up with
dependency problems when using RPM's.

I chose kubuntu rather than Debian because I was told at the time that
it was easier to set up and also because it is upgraded regularly.
Having said that, I am still using Edgy, until next month.

Of course, I am not trying some of the clever and esoteric things that
some of the list members are, so I don't have any problems normally. If
I were a bit more adventurous I might prefer/need Debian.
