I note that, being a non-naughty company and adhering to the GPL, edimax
has provided the source code for the router/NAS (see
http://www.edimax.eu/en/produce_detail.php?pd_id=197&pl1_id=1&pl2_id=4).
   This opens up the possibility of adding things (ssh access,
rsync...). I  wish I'd known about this before I bought my NSLU2 (which
seems to be roughly equivalent in terms of processor, RAM etc and is now
running  debian), I could have saved a power socket.
