There seemed to be a change after Thus took them over.

I have just got them to send invoices at the third attempt. They did not
charge for broadband for some months. My web pages were down a few days
while they moved everything across to a new server system. Occasionally
there is a bounced email. Their web pages are crap. The first time I had
a problem they took me through a routine which ended with me rebooting
my router even though it was not their free one. Their Internet service
is good which was the subject of the thread. I am paying the same as I
did when I first started with them years ago.
