I've got a ViewSonic VP930.  It swivels about 270*,
you can rotate it into portrait mode (although if
you have an nvidia graphics card, the nvidia
drivers for linux do not support portrait mode last
time I checked), its 19", an elegant piece of design
and they are priced just under 250...
