I may be cynical but I cannot see how MS wants other than to extend its domination at any price. And then they all think how lovely MS must be especially for the discounts and will readily buy the "Refurbishers are also provided with special certificates of authenticity (COAs), and Eligible Recipient agreements from Microsoft".
