South Devon College hire out rooms from £10 / £15 per hour, some are
more expensive, when I looked round the one for £15 / hour was a good
size, if you wanted a proper classroom, then this is a possibilty.

Only problem is the college is not served by buses during the weekend.
Day time / evenings is fine AFAIK, not sure about school holidays, i
assume the college would still be open during the summer for adult ed
classes, i think, but with regard to buses to / from the college, i
don't know.

if you were to have classes of 15 / 20 people then it should take in to
account, room charge, so 15 people for a 1 hour lesson = £1 each to
cover room hire, so any pricing should take this into account I guess.
