I was hoping to see somthing like "parm: debug: enable debugging"

But no luck.

Reading the other comments on that page i linked to previously I would
guess that the driver has bugs. Are you feeling paitent enough to try
a kernel upgrade to latest version?

Either that or its somthing really silly and simple :-)
