Be quick because Epson are after people selling chip resetters, accusing 
them of breaching the DRM for their products.  Talking to a friend today 
and he mentioned that Epson's lawyers have found a way to bend DRM law 
to suit their hardware.

Personally I'd be happy with a product that I could actually use fully 
before having to replace it, but that's wandering too far off topic.
