Not sure about that one. Read the scripts. Brother made such a mess of those drivers. All it needs is 3 files- but they decided to write scripts to generate them for no reason at all (and they use CSH of all things- it took me several weeks to work out why I couldn't print with my DCP-340CW- I had no /bin/csh link.) Unpack manually- read scripts- generate files- copy them to the right places. Forget packages.
