I took the risk it was a simple problem and the work would not show. Robin tells me it now works and might have been a connector slightly out of its socket. I presume it was a one screw driver job and a little careful dexterity. Though I am happy to open a tower box, the laptop seemed a bit too fiddly for me.NOOO... you'll invalidate the warranty.. if it's covered, you paid for that cover.. get them to fix it..
